An anti-corruption crusader Bishop Osadolor Ochei sued the National Chairman of APC Adams Aliu Oshiomhole for alleged corruption and the EFCC for failing to prosecute the former governor.
West Idahosa Counsel to Ochei said the court should give them leave to issue another mandamus on EFCC to arrest and investigate Adams Oshiomhole on the bases of an application made by their firm on behalf of Bishop Ochei. The applicant and they have had the first batch and after the argument, the court says rather than grant the application he wants Oshiomhole and EFCC to come before the court.

West Idahosa, in praying the court to grant the request of his client, referred the court to 86 exhibits filed in support of the application. Moreover, added that there are documents and electronic pictures of palatial houses of the former governor, whose earnings all his life cannot acquire and that there are evidence on how Oshiomhole allegedly diverted money for Edo State project to personal projects.
