I invited you to express my heart-felt appreciation to the people of Osun State. You supported me fully, you voted for me and my party PDP, you reposed mandate in me, you have rejected bad Governance, you spoke largely through you votes and at every corner of the State you voices were loud and clear.
The people of our great State Osun, your mandate was stolen, we were temporary rubbed of victory. My good people of Osun State, do not be downcast by the special Grace of God, your mandate will be retrieved.
We will jointly retrieve our stolen mandate. We will use all legal and civil means, we will unite against electoral oppression and the electoral rubbers will face justice.
Therefore, I urge you to gear up, do not be low-spirited. We just had a temporary setback.
I send my condolence to families of our members who were killed during the supplementary election. This is a dark moment. I sympathise with our members who were stabbed and injured.
