Obasanjo at 88: Atiku, Jonathan, and Business Leaders Celebrate at The Delborough Hotel

The Delborough Hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos, was the venue for a grand celebration as former Nigerian President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, marked his 88th birthday in style. 

 

The event drew an impressive lineup of political and business heavyweights, including former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, former President Goodluck Jonathan, and renowned business figures such as Dr. Allen Onyema, CEO of Air Peace, E-Money, and Obi Cubana.

 

The occasion underscored Obasanjo’s lasting influence in Nigeria’s political and economic landscape. Dignitaries took turns extolling his leadership, contributions to national development, and role as a statesman. The atmosphere was one of camaraderie and reflection, with guests sharing fond memories and experiences of working with the elder statesman.
